The article examines the levels of self-confidence and stress resilience in future psychologists as key determinants of a successful transition to professional practice and substantiates the psychological and educational conditions for their development within the higher education process. Психолог поліції нині перебуває в епіцентрі подвійного стресу: як особистість, що зазнає впливу війни, та як професіонал, відповідальний за ментальне здоров’я особового складу й цивільних. За таких умов резильєнтність психолога поліції є не лише здатністю, а й стратегічним ресурсом виживання та надійності системи МВС. The transformation of Ukrainian society, constant military threats and the expansion of the functional responsibilities of psychologists of the National Police of Ukraine actualize the search for resources to maintain their professional effectiveness. Today, a police psychologist is at the epicenter of double stress: as a person affected by war, and as a professional responsible for the mental health of personnel and civilians. Under such conditions, the resilience of a police psychologist is not just an ability, but a strategic resource for the survival and reliability of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system.Item Структурно-функціональна модель інклюзивного освітнього середовища як багаторівневої психологічної системи. Методологічну основу становлять системно-екологічний підхід, принципи структурно-функціонального аналізу та положення соціальнокогнітивної теорії, що дало змогу здійснити теоретичне моделювання інклюзивного освітнього середовища. The relevance of this study is determined by the insufficient integration of the psychological dimension into theoretical models of inclusive education, which results in a gap between normative conceptualisations of inclusion and its practical implementation within educational environments. The methodological framework is grounded in the systems-ecological approach, principles of structural-functional analysis, and assumptions of social cognitive theory, which enabled the theoretical modelling of an inclusive educational environment.Item Особливості реінтеграції та адаптації ветеранів до умов мирного життя. The relevance of the chosen topic is caused by a significant increase in the number of individuals with combat experience as a result of the full-scale war in Ukraine, which highlights the problem of their successful adaptation and reintegration into peacetime conditions. The return of veterans to the civilian environment is accompanied by complex psycho-emotional, social, and behavioral transformations that affect their ability to function fully, engage in social interaction, and achieve professional fulfillment. З огляду на це, населення країни змушене проживати в ситуації тривалого психоемоційного напруження й невизначеності. Особливо вразливою до впливу відповідних стресогенних чинників є студентська молодь, яка перебуває на етапі становлення та ще не має достатньо сформованих механізмів психологічної адаптації. The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that fighting has hostilities have been ongoing in the country for a prolonged period, accompanied by significant human losses among both military personnel and civilians, the destruction of critical and civilian infrastructure, and the forced displacement of the population. In this context, the population is compelled to live under conditions of prolonged psycho-emotional stress and uncertainty. Student youth are particularly vulnerable to the impact of these stress factors, as they are in a formative stage and do not yet possess sufficiently developed mechanisms of psychological adaptation.Item Девіантна поведінка як передумова протиправної діяльності. The article examines the psychological and legal foundations of mediation in ethnopolitical conflicts as one of the most promising nonviolent means of their prevention, settlement, and mitigation of negative consequences. The article provides a theoretical analysis of the problem of the formation and development of leadership qualities of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) system in modern scientific discourse.
