Abstract
У статті досліджено психолого-правові засади медіації в етнополітичних конфліктах як одного з найперспективніших ненасильницьких способів запобігання, врегулювання та подолання їх негативних наслідків. Обґрунтовано актуальність звернення до медіації в умовах зростання міжетнічної напруженості, ускладнення політичних відносин, поширення дискримінаційних практик, негативних стереотипів і кризових форм міжгрупової взаємодії. The article examines the psychological and legal foundations of mediation in ethnopolitical conflicts as one of the most promising nonviolent means of their prevention, settlement, and mitigation of negative consequences. The relevance of mediation is substantiated in the context of growing interethnic tension, increasing complexity of political relations, the spread of discriminatory practices, negative stereotypes, and crisis forms of intergroup interaction.
