Abstract
Статтю присвячено комплексному теоретико-методологічному аналізу психопатичних рис особистості як фактора схильності до кримінальної поведінки в контексті сучасних кримінологічних і психологічних підходів. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена посиленням наукового інтересу до проблеми індивідуальної детермінації злочинності, а також потребою в диференційованому й доказовому використанні психологічних конструктів у сфері кримінальної юстиції. The article is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical and methodological analysis of psychopathic personality traits as a factor in criminal behaviour in the context of contemporary criminological and psychological approaches. The relevance of the study is due to the growing scientific interest in the problem of individual determination of crime, as well as the need for a more differentiated and evidence-based use of psychological constructs in the field of criminal justice.
