Abstract
У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз проблеми формування та розвитку лідерських якостей працівників системи Міністерства внутрішніх справ у сучасному науковому дискурсі. Узагальнено наукові підходи українських і закордонних дослідників до визначення сутності лідерства й лідерських якостей, зокрема в контексті діяльності правоохоронних органів. Досліджено погляди сучасних науковців щодо психологічних характеристик ефективних лідерів та особливостей розвитку лідерського потенціалу в правоохоронній сфері. Проаналізовано психологічну структуру лідерських якостей, яка охоплює комунікативно-організаційний, емоційно-вольовий, мотиваційний, мисленнєвий та особистісний компоненти. The article provides a theoretical analysis of the problem of the formation and development of leadership qualities of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) system in modern scientific
discourse. Scientific approaches of domestic and foreign researchers to defining the essence of leadership and leadership qualities, particularly in the context of law enforcement activities, are generalized. The views of contemporary scholars on the psychological characteristics of effective leaders and the peculiarities of developing leadership potential in the law enforcement sphere are considered.
