Abstract
У процесі дослідження визначено етимологічні, праксеологічні та методологічні засади формування термінів і понять, що відображають криміногенні процеси у сфері охорони здоров’я. Зроблено класифікацію, уточнення наявних і розробку нових трьох груп термінів і понять, що формують уявлення про: технологічно та юридично значущі ознаки явищ та процесів у сфері охорони здоров’я; функціонально-діяльнісні напрями охорони здоров’я, під виглядом яких вчиняються кримінальні правопорушення; кримінологічні поняття, що відображають процес перетворення певних видів діяльності у сфері охорони здоров’я у криміногенні процеси. This publication initiates a study of detecting and preventing criminal offenses in healthcare, specifically related to providing medical assistance, services, and technical support in medical institutions, as well as the production, import, wholesale, and retail trade of medicines, medical materials, and equipment. In the process of research, the etymological, phra
seological and methodological foundations of the formation of terms and concepts reflecting
criminogenic processes in the sphere of health care were considered. The classification and definition of static, functional, and criminological terms and concepts have been established to form an understanding of the technologically and legally significant signs of phenomena and processes occurring within the healthcare field. This includes the functional and operational areas of the healthcare sector where criminal offenses are committed, inherent to these
