Leadership in public administration: contemporary challenges(2024) Кумеда Т.А.The article examines the current problems of leadership in public administration, analyzes the current state and trends in the development of its potential in the conditions of global transformations, war and post-war reconstruction. The main requirements for modern leaders are the ability to innovate, openness to cooperation and the desire to introduce positive changes in society. Legal and institutional reform, financing and resourcing, preventing corruption and ensuring transparency, as well as modernization and innovation are key aspects that will require attention in the post-war era. Overcoming these challenges requires political will, systemic reforms, and active cooperation between the government, the public, and international partners.Item Особливості політики КНР із заохочення висококваліфікованої імміграції з використанням досвіду Сингапуру та Японії. Procedural aspects of proceedings in cases of granting permission for the enforcement of decisions of arbitration courts(2025) Петровський А.В.; Petrovsky A.V.; Пендюра М.М.; Pendyura M.M.; Старицька О.О.; Starytska O.O.Статтю присвячено комплексному дослідженню процесуальних аспектів провадження у справах про надання дозволу на примусове виконання рішень третейських судів в Україні. Показано, що інститут третейського розгляду є важливою складовою системи альтернативного вирішення спорів, яка сприяє зменшенню навантаження на державні суди та підвищує ефективність захисту суб’єктивних прав. Оскільки третейські суди не мають власного механізму примусового виконання рішень, процедура звернення до державного суду з метою отримання виконавчого документа стає ключовою гарантією ефективності третейського розгляду. The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the procedural aspects of proceedings in cases of granting permission for the compulsory execution of arbitration court decisions in Ukraine. It is shown that the institution of arbitration is an important component of the alternative dispute resolution system, which helps to reduce the burden on state courts and increases the effectiveness of the protection of subjective rights. Since arbitration courts do not have their own mechanism for the compulsory execution of decisions, the procedure for applying to a state court in order to obtain an executive document becomes a key guarantee of the effectiveness of arbitration proceedings.Item Судові та правоохоронні органі Запорозької Січі й Української гетьманської держави (середина ХVІ – кінець ХVІІІ ст.) в сучасній вітчизняній історіографії. Розкривається динаміка данського міграційного законодавства. Досліджується зв'язок із внутрішньополітичними реаліями данської держави, її національно-державницькими традиціями, настроями у суспільстві. This article analyses the current formation and evolution of the migration policy of the Kingdom of Denmark, its main characteristics. The dynamics of Danish migration legislation is revealed. The connection with the internal political realities of the Danish state, its national and state traditions, and public sentiment is investigated.
