This article analyses the current formation and evolution of the migration policy of the Kingdom of Denmark, its main characteristics. The dynamics of Danish migration legislation is revealed. The main requirements for modern leaders are the ability to innovate, openness to cooperation and the desire to introduce positive changes in society. Legal and institutional reform, financing and resourcing, preventing corruption and ensuring transparency, as well as modernization and innovation are key aspects that will require attention in the post-war era. Overcoming these challenges requires political will, systemic reforms, and active cooperation between the government, the public, and international partners.
