    The methodological guidelines «Human Trafficking in Ukraine: Practical Tools for Investigators» are aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of law enforcement in combating human trafficking under martial law and growing population vulnerability. The publication outlines modern approaches to identifying, documenting, and investigating such crimes and describes emerging forms of exploitation, including online recruitment, digital blackmail, and labor exploitation disguised as volunteering. Special attention is given to interagency cooperation, ethical aspects of working with victims, prevention of secondary traumatization, and the collection of digital evidence. The recommendations are based on international standards, national legislation, and best practices. The publication is intended for investigators, law enforcement officers, prosecutors, university educators, representatives of the civil sector, and all those involved in combating human trafficking. Методичні рекомендації «Торгівля людьми в Україні: практичні інструменти для слідчих» спрямовані на підвищення ефективності роботи правоохоронців у протидії торгівлі людьми в умовах воєнного стану та зростання вразливості населення. У виданні висвітлено сучасні підходи до виявлення, документування та розслідування злочинів, описано новітні форми експлуатації, зокрема онлайн-вербування, цифровий шантаж і трудову експлуатацію під виглядом волонтерства. Окрему увагу приділено міжвідомчій взаємодії, етичним аспектам роботи з постраждалими, запобіганню вторинній травматизації, а також збору цифрових доказів. Рекомендації базуються на міжнародних стандартах, національному законодавстві та кращих практиках. Призначено для слідчих, оперативних працівників, прокурорів, викладачів ЗВО, представників громадського сектору та всіх, хто залучений до боротьби з торгівлею людьми.

    Методичні рекомендації присвячено питанням психологічного супроводу родин працівників МВС України на одному з найскладніших і найделікатніших етапів – повідомлення про смерть близької людини. У виданні проаналізовано феномен втрати як глибокої життєвої травми, розглянуто особливості переживання горя, описано послідовність його етапів, характерні емоційні та поведінкові вияви, а також критичні періоди, що потребують посиленої уваги. Висвітлено специфіку психологічного супроводу в процесі безпосереднього інформування дорослих і дітей про смерть близької людини. Запропоновано практичні підходи та стратегії, які допоможуть мінімізувати психотравмувальні наслідки втрати та зберегти ментальне здоров’я постраждалих. Для психологів підрозділів психологічного забезпечення, працівників МВС України, які залучені до процесу інформування та підтримки родин загиблих, а також науковців, викладачів закладів вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання, волонтерів і усім, хто може бути дотичним до процесу кризового інформування та подальшого психологічного супроводу. The methodological recommendations are devoted to issues of psychological support for families of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine at one of the most difficult and delicate stages – notification of the death of a loved one. The publication analyzes the phenomenon of loss as a profound life trauma, examines the peculiarities of grief, describes its stages, characteristic emotional and behavioral manifestations, as well as critical periods that require increased attention. It highlights the specifics of psychological support in the process of directly informing adults and children about the death of a loved one. Practical approaches and strategies are proposed to help minimize the psychotraumatic consequences of loss and preserve the mental health of those affected. For psychologists working in psychological support departments, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine involved in informing and supporting the families of the deceased, as well as scientists, teachers at higher education institutions with specific learning conditions, volunteers, and anyone who may be involved in the process of crisis communication and subsequent psychological support.

Систематизовано тактики психологічної маніпуляції, висвітлено процес розкриття маніпулятивних намірів і подальшої роботи працівника поліції щодо захисту від маніпулятивного впливу, наведено стратегії та засоби контрманіпулювання. Запропоновано тренінг протидії психологічним маніпуляціям у професійній діяльності поліцейських. Видання адресовано керівникам, психологам, працівникам кадрових служб й усім тим, хто цікавиться цією проблематикою. The methodological guidelines are dedicated to the psychological aspects of preventing and resisting manipulative influences in the professional activities of police officers. The publication presents a comprehensive analysis of the psychological phenomenon of «manipulation», defining its principles, indicators, and the consequences of its impact on police work. It systematizes psychological manipulation tactics, highlights the process of identifying manipulative intentions, and outlines the subsequent steps police officers can take to protect themselves from such influence, including strategies and counter-manipulation techniques. A specialized training program on countering psychological manipulation in law enforcement is also proposed. The publication is intended for managers, psychologists, HR personnel, and anyone interested in this subject matter.
