Abstract
Методичні рекомендації присвячено психологічним аспектам запобігання та опору маніпулятивним впливам у професійній діяльності працівників поліції. У виданні представлено комплексний аналіз психологічного феномену «маніпуляція», визначено його принципи, індикатори та наслідки впливу на діяльність поліцейських. Систематизовано тактики психологічної маніпуляції, висвітлено процес розкриття маніпулятивних намірів і подальшої роботи працівника поліції щодо захисту від маніпулятивного впливу, наведено стратегії та засоби контрманіпулювання. Запропоновано тренінг протидії психологічним маніпуляціям у професійній діяльності поліцейських. Видання адресовано керівникам, психологам, працівникам кадрових служб й усім тим, хто цікавиться цією проблематикою. The methodological guidelines are dedicated to the psychological aspects of preventing and resisting manipulative influences in the professional activities of police officers. The publication presents a comprehensive analysis of the psychological phenomenon of «manipulation», defining its principles, indicators, and the consequences of its impact on police work. It systematizes psychological manipulation tactics, highlights the process of identifying manipulative intentions, and outlines the subsequent steps police officers can take to protect themselves from such influence, including strategies and counter-manipulation techniques. A specialized training program on countering psychological manipulation in law enforcement is also proposed. The publication is intended for managers, psychologists, HR personnel, and anyone interested in this subject matter.
