Abstract
Проаналізовано підстави припинення права співвласника на частку в спільному нерухомому майні на підставі рішення суду за позовом інших співвласників. Встановлено ознаки неможливості поділу нерухомої речі, порядок визначення неможливості виділення частки в натурі. It’s analyzed in the article the grounds for termination of co-owner’s rights of shared ownership on immovable property on the basis of court decision that accepts on the claim of other co-owners. The signs of impossibility of separation of immovable property are determined. The order of determination the impossibility of exudation the part from immovable property is analyzed.
