Abstract
У статті проведено дослідження теоретичних питань дії джерел господарського права в часі як об’єктивної реальності, виокремлено загальні характеристики часової дії для розкриття сутності й значення джерел, визначено окремі тенденції змістового наповнення господарсько-правових норм. The article studies to educational the theoretical issues of the action of sources of commercial law at the time as an objective reality, highlighted the general characteristics of a temporary action to disclose the nature and value of sources, some trends identified substantial filling of economic-legal norms.
