Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню питання порушення прав дітей на статеву свободу та статеву недоторканість в Україні в умовах воєнного стану. Здійснено фрагментарний аналіз стану правопорушень у зазначеній сфері. Проведено огляд чинних та проєктних національних нормативно-правових актів щодо захисту прав дітей на статеву свободу та статеву недоторканість. Приділено увагу кримінологічній характеристиці злочину з указаної сфери. Виокремлено поточні проблеми, що перешкоджають ефективній діяльності із запобігання та протидії правопорушенням проти статевої свободи та статевої недоторканості дітей. Запропоновано окремі шляхи удосконалення діяльності у зазначеній сфері з урахуванням умов воєнного стану. The article is devoted to the study of the violation of children’s rights to sexual freedom and sexual integrity n Ukraine under the martial law. The conducted fragmentary analysis of the situation with offenses n the specified area testified that there was n downward tendency n these offenses during the period of ongoing martial law compared to the same period before it began.
