Abstract
У дисертації на основі сучасних наукових розробок комплексно визначено сутність і розкрито особливості інституту окремого провадження у справах про встановлення факту народження або смерті особи, що дало змогу запропонувати науково обґрунтовану позицію щодо процесуальних особливостей розгляду таких справ в порядку окремого провадження, а також розробити пропозиції та рекомендації у частині вдосконалення цивільного судочинства у справах про встановлення факту народження або смерті особи. The dissertation, based on modern scientific developments, comprehensively defines the essence and reveals the features of the institution of separate proceedings in cases of establishing the fact of birth or death of a person, which made it possible to offer a scientifically substantiated position on the procedural features of considering such cases in the order of separate proceedings, as well as to develop proposals and recommendations for improving civil proceedings in cases of establishing the fact of birth or death of a person.
