Abstract
This article analyses contemporary approaches to combating organised crime, with a focus on ensuring the resilience of the security system. It identifies key elements of resilience, adaptive mechanisms and strategic priorities in the context of transformational threats. The integration of the concept of resilience into state criminal policy and international cooperation is examined. The aim of the article was to study the theoretical, legal and managerial foundations for implementing European experience in combating organised crime in Ukraine through the prism of ensuring the resilience of national security. Статтю присвячено аналізу сучасних підходів до боротьби з організованою злочинністю. Акцентовано на забезпеченні стійкості системи безпеки. Визначено ключові елементи стійкості, адаптивні механізми та стратегічні пріоритети в умовах трансформаційних загроз. Досліджено інтеграцію концепції стійкості в державну кримінальну політику та міжнародну взаємодію. Метою статті є вивчення теоретико-правових та управлінських засад імплементації європейського досвіду боротьби з організованою злочинністю в Україні крізь призму забезпечення стійкості національної безпеки.
