У статті проаналізовано базові міжнародно-правові документи в царині оплати праці та виокремлено основні критерії міжнародно-правового регулювання оплати праці. Констатовано наявність ґрунтовного масиву міжнародно-правових актів, спрямованих на регламентування оплати праці найманих працівників. Зроблено висновок, що за сучасних реалій для розвитку й удосконалення правового регламентування питань оплати праці міжнародним нормам і загальновизнаним принципам міжнародного права належить знайти чітке закріплення в нормах українського трудового законодавства. Тобто їх необхідно віддзеркалювати в нормативних актах, які можуть конкретизуватися й розвиватися в бік покращення правового становища працюючих, що насамперед дозволить уникнути багатьох помилок у впорядкуванні питань з оплати праці, а також надасть можливості сформулювати пропозиції з удосконалення чинного законодавства. The article analyzes the basic international legal documents in the field of remuneration and outlines the basic criteria of international legal regulation of remuneration. It has been established that there is a solid array of international legal acts aimed at regulating the remuneration of employees. It is concluded that in the current realities for the development and improvement of the legal regulation of issues of remuneration of international norms and generally recognized principles of international law, it is necessary to find a clear consolidation in the norms of the Ukrainian labor legislation. That is, they should be reflected in regulations that can be specified and developed in order to improve the legal position of employees, which, first of all, will avoid many mistakes in the regulation of pay issues, and will also provide opportunities to formulate proposals to improve the current legislation.
