dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто питання досудового розслідування кримінальних проступків виключно підрозділами дізнання Національної поліції України. Проаналізовано основні функції, які виконують підрозділи дізнання Національної поліції України під час досудового розслідування кримінальних проступків. Встановлено, що одним з основних завдань, які покладаються на підрозділи дізнання Національної поліції України, є захист особи, суспільства та держави від кримінальних проступків. Доведено, що функціональна спрямованість підрозділів дізнання Національної поліції України під час досудового розслідування кримінальних проступків визначається завданнями цих підрозділів, сформованими розпорядчими нормативно-правовими актами та паралельно кримінально-правовими нормами, якими регламентовано провадження кримінального проступку. Сформовано та викладено пропозиції щодо врегулювання наявних у правових положеннях суперечливих питань щодо провадження досудового розслідування кримінальних проступків підрозділами дізнання Національної поліції України. The article deals with the issue of pre-trial investigation of criminal misdemeanors exclusively by the investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine.It was established that the investigative departments of the NPU include: the Investigative Department of the NPU, departments (sectors) of investigation of the GUNP, departments (sectors) of investigation of territorial (separate) police units (hereinafter referred to as departments (sectors) of investigation of territorial police units). At the same time, police ofÏcers of other subdivisions of NPU bodies are also authorized to carry out pre-trial investigation of criminal misdemeanors, when carrying out such activities, the said police ofÏcers are directly subordinated to the head of the investigation department, and in the absence of an investigation department - to the head of the pre-trial investigation body within the jurisdiction of the territorial division of the police.
