Abstract
У статті досліджено теоретико-методологічні засади та сучасний стан правового регулювання поліцейських операцій у контексті розвитку науки адміністративного права. Констатовано, що в доктрині домінує загальний підхід до оперування терміном «спеціальні операції», натомість специфічна категорія саме «поліцейська (спеціальна) операція» залишається поза межами системного правового осмислення. The article investigates the theoretical and methodological foundations and the current state of legal regulation of police operations in the context of the development of administrative law science. The current state demonstrates that despite significant researcher interest in the issues of forceful measures and crisis management, a general approach to using the term «special operations» dominates the doctrine, while the specific category of a «police (special) operation» remains outside the scope of systematic legal comprehension.
