Abstract
Метою статті є теоретичне осмислення сутності культури мислення сучасного правоохоронця. У роботі проаналізовано культуру логічного мислення як важливий компонент формування особистості. Акцентовано, що людське мислення підпорядковується логічним законам і функціонує в логічних формах незалежно від науки логіки. The purpose of the article is to approach the understanding of the essence of the culture of thinking of a modern law enforcement officer. The article considers the culture of logical thinking as an
important component of personality formation. It is emphasized that human thinking is subject to logical laws and proceeds in logical forms regardless of the science of logic.
