Abstract
Дисертацію присвячено комплексному кримінальному процесуальному дослідженню предмета доказування у кримінальних провадженнях про привласнення, розтрату або заволодіння майном шляхом зловживання службовим становищем. У роботі розроблено авторську концепцію видового предмета доказування у кримінальних провадженнях за ст. 191 КК України, визначено його структуру, зміст, функціональне призначення та особливості реалізації у правозастосовній діяльності. The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive criminal procedural study of the subject of proof in criminal proceedings concerning misappropriation, embezzlement, or acquisition of property through abuse of official position. The research develops the author’s concept of the specific subject of proof in criminal proceedings under Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, determines its structure, content, functional purpose, and peculiarities of implementation in law enforcement practice.
