Abstract
Дисертація є комплексним науковим дослідженням інституту особистих немайнових прав, що забезпечують соціальне буття поліцейського в Україні.
Визначено теоретико-методологічні засади дослідження інституту особистих немайнових прав, що забезпечують соціальне буття поліцейського в Україні. Окреслено стан наукових досліджень і розвитку законодавства, що регулює інститут особистих немайнових прав, що забезпечують соціальне буття поліцейського в Україні. Також обґрунтовано методологію здійснення відповідного дослідження. Сформульовано поняття, встановлено юридичну природу та здійснено класифікацію особистих немайнових прав, що забезпечують соціальне буття поліцейського в Україні. The dissertation is a comprehensive scientific study of the institute of personal non-property rights that ensure the social existence of a police officer in Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological principles of the study of the institute of personal non-property rights that ensure the social existence of a police officer in Ukraine are determined. The state of scientific research and development of legislation regulating the institute of personal non-property rights that ensure the social existence of a police officer in Ukraine is outlined. The methodology for conducting the relevant study is determined. The concept is formulated, the legal nature is established and the classification of personal non-property rights that ensure the social existence of a police officer in Ukraine is carried out.
