Abstract
У статті проаналізовано досвід країн Європейського Союзу щодо застосування поліцейських заходів примусового характеру. Систематизовано й узагальнено досвід Великої Британії, Німеччини, Франції, Польщі, Словенії, Данії щодо застосування поліцейських заходів примусового характеру. Акцентовано, що ґрунтовний аналіз зарубіжного досвіду є критично важливим етапом, який дає змогу адаптувати та впровадити найефективніші здобутки в українську правову площину. Вивчення позитивних прикладів зарубіжних країн не лише стимулюватиме наукову спільноту та суб’єктів законодавчої ініціативи до розроблення нових проєктів у цій сфері, а й слугуватиме практичним орієнтиром для розв’язання актуальних проблем на основі вже апробованих в інших юрисдикціях методах. The article analyzes the experience of the European Union countries regarding the application of police coercive measures. The foreign experience of the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Poland, Slovenia, and Denmark in the use of police coercive measures is examined and synthesized. It is emphasized that a thorough analysis of foreign experience is a critical stage that allows for the adaptation and implementation of the most effective achievements within the national legal framework. Studying positive examples from foreign countries will not only stimulate the scientific community and subjects of legislative initiative to develop new projects in this field but will also serve as a practical guideline for resolving current issues, relying on methods already tested in other jurisdictions.
