Abstract
У дисертації наведено теоретичне узагальнення та нове вирішення наукового завдання, що полягає у розв’язанні комплексу теоретичних та практичних проблем техніко-криміналістичного забезпечення розслідування кримінальних правопорушень з розробленням пропозицій щодо підвищення ефективності діяльності правоохоронних органів і судово-експертних установ в умовах воєнного стану. Сформульовано низку висновків, пропозицій та рекомендацій, значущих для науки і діяльності органів правопорядку.
In the dissertation, a theoretical generalization and a new solution to a scientific problem are presented, consisting in resolving a set of theoretical and practical issues of the technical and forensic support of the investigation of criminal offenses, with the development of proposals aimed at increasing the efficiency of the activities of law enforcement agencies and forensic institutions under martial law. A number of conclusions, proposals, and recommendations significant for legal scholarship and the practice of law enforcement bodies have been formulated.
