Abstract
У статті висвітлюються конституційні основи діяльності судових органів в Азербайджанській Республіці та в Україні. Зазначається, що саме в судах відбувається застосування правових норм, виписаних у конституціях, тому їхня діяльність має бути відображена в основних законах республік. Визначаються відмінності в окремих положеннях конституційного статусу судової влади та діяльності судів в Україні і в Азербайджанській Республіці, внесено окремі пропозиції щодо вдосконалення їхньої діяльності. The state regulates almost all spheres of social life. At the same time, certain spheres are regulated quite carefully, since such areas as life, health of citizens, their freedom and inviolability are under the constant control of state bodies, which are defined as law enforcement agencies.In both Ukraine and Azerbaijan, the activities of law enforcement agencies are subjected to special control by the state institutions, the Presidents of Ukraine and Azerbaijan respectively, the Parliament and the Cabinet of Ministers.
