Abstract
Дисертація є одним із перших монографічних досліджень в якому реалізовано теоретико-правовий підхід до формування кримінологічних засад запобігання бандитизму із визначенням шляхів реалізації низки праксеологічних завдань в умовах воєнного стану.
Надано поняття «бандитизму» як суспільно небезпечної форми організованої злочинної діяльності, спрямованої на створення, функціонування стійкої, озброєної, внутрішньо структурованої організованої групи (банди), зорієнтованої на систематичне вчинення збройних нападів на підприємства, установи, організації чи окремих осіб, а також у будь-якій формі участі в такій групі або у підготовці, координації чи здійсненні нападів, що становлять основну мету її існування.
The dissertation is one of the first monographic studies in which a theoretical and legal approach to the formation of criminological principles for the prevention of banditry is implemented, with the definition of ways to implement a number of praxeological tasks in martial law.
The concept of «banditry» is presented as a socially dangerous form of organized criminal activity aimed at the creation and functioning of a stable, armed, internally structured organized group (gang), oriented towards the systematic commission of armed attacks on enterprises, institutions, organizations or individuals, as well as in any form of participation in such a group or in the preparation, coordination or implementation of attacks, which constitute the main purpose of its existence.
