Abstract
Дисертація «Органи досудового розслідування в Україні (1990-ті роки – 2022 рік): історико-правові засади становлення та розвитку» є комплексним дослідженням правових, організаційних та соціально-історичних аспектів розвитку органів досудового розслідування в Україні за період незалежності. Робота спрямована на аналіз трансформаційних процесів у системі досудового розслідування, зокрема еволюцію законодавчої бази, зміну структурних елементів та впровадження нових підходів до розслідування кримінальних правопорушень.
The dissertation «Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies in Ukraine (the 1990s –2022): Historical and Legal Foundations of Formation and Development» constitutes a comprehensive study of the legal, organizational, and socio-historical aspects of the development of pre-trial investigation bodies in Ukraine during the period of independence. The research is aimed at analyzing transformational processes within the system of pre-trial investigation, including the evolution of the legislative framework, changes in structural elements, and the introduction of new approaches to the investigation of criminal offenses.
