У статті здійснено ґрунтовний аналіз еволюції наукових підходів до розуміння, інтерпретації
та формування феномену «безпекове середовище», що в сучасних умовах набуває особливої
актуальності у зв’язку з викликами війни й необхідністю забезпечення сталого розвитку в післявоєнний період. The article provides a thorough analysis of the evolution of scientific approaches to understanding, interpreting and forming the phenomenon of the "security environment", which in modern conditions is gaining particular relevance in connection with the challenges of war and the need to ensure sustainable development in the post-war period.
