Abstract

Дисертація є комплексним науковим дослідженням інституту органів та осіб, яким законом надано право звертатися до суду в інтересах інших осіб, у цивільному процесі України. Визначено теоретико-правові й методологічні засади дослідження інституту органів та осіб, яким законом надано право звертатися до суду в інтересах інших осіб, у цивільному процесі України. Встановлено стан наукового розроблення та методологію дослідження проблематики участі в цивільному судочинстві органів та осіб, яким законом надано право звертатися до суду в інтересах інших осіб. Простежено еволюцію правового регулювання інституту органів та осіб, яким законом надано право звертатися до суду в інтересах інших осіб, у цивільному процесі України. Досліджено інститут органів та осіб, яким законом надано право звертатися до суду в інтересах інших осіб, у цивільному законодавстві інших держав. The dissertation is a comprehensive scientific study of the institution of the bodies and persons who by law have the right to apply to the court on behalf of others in civil procedure of Ukraine. The theoretical-legal and methodological principles of the study of the participation of the bodies and persons who by law have the right to apply to the court on behalf of others in civil procedure of Ukraine have been defined. The state of scientific development and the research methodology of the problems of the participation of the bodies and persons who by law have the right to apply to the court on behalf of others have been determined. The evolution of the legal regulation of the institution of the bodies and persons who by law have the right to apply to the court on behalf of others in civil procedure of Ukraine is traced. The institution of the bodies and persons who by law have the right to apply to the court on behalf of others in other countries has been examined.
