Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню нормативно-правового регулювання порядку призначення й виплати допомоги при народженні дитини як виду матеріального забезпечення сімей із дітьми. Надаються пропозиції щодо реформування законодавства в цій сфері шляхом дотримання конституційних гарантій права на соціальний захист. The article investigates the regulatory procedure for appointment and payment of the grant at the birth of a child as a form of material support for families with children. There are the proposals to reform the legislation in this area by the observance of the constitutional guarantees of the right to social protection.
