Abstract
Стаття присвячена правовому аналізу договірних відносин у сфері купівлі-продажу примірників комп’ютерного програмного забезпечення, записаних на компакт-дисках. Автор аналізує істотні умови ліцензійного договору та приходить до висновку, що характер розглядуваних правовідносин найбільш влучно відображають положення про договір купівлі-продажу в розумінні ст. 655 ЦК України. This article deals with the analysis of the contractual relations in purchase of copies of computer software recorded on the CD-ROM. The author analyzes the essential terms of the license agreement and concludes that the nature of relationships under consideration most accurately reflect the provisions of the sales agreement within the meaning of Art. 655of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
