Abstract
У статті визначено зміст поняття механізму реалізації Конституції України, проаналізовано його спільні та відмінні риси із механізмом дії права, механізмом правового регулювання та механізмом реалізації права. У процесі порівняння реалізації конституційного права та реалізації Конституції виокремлено мету реалізації Основного Закону. The article defines meaning of the terms – mechanism of realization of the Constitution of Ukraine, is analyzed differences and similarities of the mechanism of action of the law, mechanism of the legal regulation and mechanism of the law realization. During the comparison of the realization of the constitutional law and realization of the Constitution was distinguished the purpose of realization the Basic Law.
