Abstract
У статті проаналізовано проблему застосування підстави припинення повноважень прокурора у зв’язку з досягненням 65 років як обставини, що перери- ває період вимушеного прогулу, отже, впливає на визначення розміру середньої заробітної плати за час вимушеного прогулу. The article analyses the problem of the application of the grounds for termination of the prosecutor’s powers in connection with reaching 65 years as a circumstance that interrupts the period of forced absenteeism, and, accordingly, affects the determination of the average salary for the period of forced absenteeism.
