Abstract
У статті проаналізовано принцип верховенства права як основний, фундаментальний принцип, на основі якого формуються всі інші принципи та на підставі якого права людини можуть бути захищені судом як на національному, так і на міжнародному рівні. The article analyzes the principle of the rule of law as the basic fundamental principle on the basis of which all other principles are formed and on the basis of which human rights can be protected by a court both nationally and internationally.
