У статті аналізуються деякі питання правового регулювання громадського контролю реєстраційних відносин у системі державного управління. Досліджу- ється місце реєстрації у державному управлінні. Про роль державної реєстрації актів цивільного стану у забезпеченні прав і свобод громадян. The article analyzes some issues of legal regulation of public control of registration relations in the state administration system. The place of registration in the state administration is being investigated. About the role of state registration of acts of civil status in ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens.
