Розкрито особливості дослідження мовлення в лінгвокриміналістиці, визначено роль ілокутивної сили висловлень, експліцитної й імпліцитної інформації, модальності та оцінних характеристик змісту повідомлення. Описано методику аналізу чинників адресанта й адресата, функцій ретранслятора, комунікативної мети та перлокутивного ефекту в судово-значущих текстах. Проаналізовано підходи до дискурсивного аналізу девіантних текстів і концепцію дискурс-портрета мовної особистості. The scientific and methodological grounds for implementing discursive and communicative-pragmatic analysis in carrying out forensic linguistic examinations are discovered. The specific features of speech analysis in forensic linguistics are explored, and the role of the illocutionary force of utterances, explicit and implicit information, modality, and evaluative characteristics of message content is determined. The methodology for analyzing the factors of the addresser and addressee, the functions of the repeater, the communicative intention, and the perlocutionary effect in legally significant texts is described. Approaches to the discursive analysis of deviant texts and the concept of the discourse portrait of a linguistic personality are examined.
