Особлива увага приділена ролі державних інституцій, міжнародного співробітництва та громадянського суспільства у формуванні ефективної політики національної безпеки. This monograph is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of state policy in the field of national security. It examines the main concepts, principles and mechanisms of ensuring national security, analyzes modern challenges, threats and risks, and suggests ways to neutralize them. Special attention is paid to the role of state institutions, international cooperation and civil society in the formation of an effective national security policy.

    The article examines the current problems of leadership in public administration, analyzes the current state and trends in the development of its potential in the conditions of global transformations, war and post-war reconstruction. The main requirements for modern leaders are the ability to innovate, openness to cooperation and the desire to introduce positive changes in society. Legal and institutional reform, financing and resourcing, preventing corruption and ensuring transparency, as well as modernization and innovation are key aspects that will require attention in the post-war era. Overcoming these challenges requires political will, systemic reforms, and active cooperation between the government, the public, and international partners.

    У методичних рекомендаціях розкрито зміст навчальної дисципліни «Основи професійної етики психолога», яку викладають на першому курсі бакалаврату в навчально-науковому інституті права та психології НАВС, надано рекомендації з підготовки до семінарських завдань, а також зосереджено увагу на завданнях для самостійної роботи студентів. У виданні висвітлено основні фабули для практичної роботи та ситуаційних завдань, що використовують в освітньому процесі. Видання призначене для науково-педагогічних працівників, які викладають відповідну дисципліну, а також здобувачів першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти за спеціальністю «Психологія». The methodological guidelines present the content of the academic discipline “Fundamentals of Professional Ethics of the Psychologist”, which is taught to first-year bachelor’s students at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Psychology of the National Academy of Internal Affairs. The publication provides recommendations for preparation for seminar assignments and focuses on the tasks for students’ independent work. It also outlines the main case studies and situational exercises used in the educational process.The edition is intended for academic and teaching staff who deliver this discipline, as well as for applicants for the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education majoring in Psychology.

    У даній статті аналізується формування на сучасному етапі та еволюція імміграційної політики Королівства Данія, її основні характеристики. Розкривається динаміка данського міграційного законодавства. Досліджується зв'язок із внутрішньополітичними реаліями данської держави, її національно-державницькими традиціями, настроями у суспільстві. This article analyses the current formation and evolution of the migration policy of the Kingdom of Denmark, its main characteristics. The dynamics of Danish migration legislation is revealed. The connection with the internal political realities of the Danish state, its national and state traditions, and public sentiment is investigated.
