    Мета статті полягає у визначенні психологічних засад легітимізованої агресії в професійній діяльностіполіцейських. Визначення концептуальних засад легітимізованої агресії в професійній діяльностіполіцейських полягає в поєднанні біологічних і соціальних факторів. Вирішальне значення в цьому процесі маєспецифіка професії поліцейського, представники якої зазнають впливу підвищеної імовірності стикання загресією інших людей або необхідності самим вдаватися до агресивних дій. Перспективою подальшихдосліджень є проведення емпіричного дослідження задля з’ясування передумов легітимного вияву агресивноїповедінки працівників поліції та вироблення рекомендацій щодо запобігання перевищенню службових обов’язків. The purpose of the study is to determine the psychological basis of legitimized aggression in the professional activities of police officers. Defining the conceptual foundations of legitimized aggression in the professional activities of police officers is a combination of biological and social factors. Crucial in this process is the peculiarity of the police profession, whose representatives are under the influence of an increased likelihood of encountering aggression from other people or the need to commit aggressive actions themselves. The prospect of further research is to conduct an empirical study to determine the preconditions for the legitimate manifestation of aggressive behavior of police officers and to create recommendations to prevent the occurrence of abuse of office.

    Формування особистісного статусу студентів у колективі. Formation of Personal Status of Students in the Team

    Розкрито поняття особистісного статусу студента в педагогічному процесі. Висвітлено особливості педагогічного процесу, спрямованого на розвиток студента з урахуванням його своєрідності, самобутності, суб’єктивного досвіду, а також співвідношення понять соціалізації, освіти, навчання та виховання. Формування особистісного статусу студентів визначено як цілеспрямований психолого-педагогічний вплив, спрямований на розвиток особистісних якостей молоді, який має на меті формування здатності до особистої самореалізації та участі в суспільних процесах. Метою дослідження є теоретичне обґрунтування психолого-педагогічних концепцій розвитку особистості, встановлення шляхів та умов формування в студентів високого особистісного статусу. The article highlights the concept of «personal status» of the student in the pedagogical process, features of the pedagogical process aimed at student development, taking into account its originality, identity, subjective experience, as well as the relationship of socialization, education, training, education. The formation of the personal status of students is defined as a purposeful psychological and pedagogical influence aimed at the development of personal qualities of young people, which aims to form the ability to personal self-realization and participation in social processes. The purpose of our study is to theoretically substantiate the psychological and pedagogical concepts of personality development, to suggest ways and conditions of forming a high personal status in student.
