Складність проблеми значно посилилася у зв’язку зі збройною агресією рф проти нашої держави й відповідною динамічністю персоналу й керівного складу Національної поліції України в контексті забезпечення державної безпеки та публічного порядку. Саме цим зумовлено актуальність проведення ретельної дослідницької й практично орієнтованої роботи в напрямі визначення чинників формування сучасного поліцейського управлінця, вивчення дієвого закордонного досвіду. The formation of a management unit within the structure of the National Police of Ukraine was and remains an urgent challenge and one of the important directions of law enforcement reform. The urgency of the problem has significantly increased in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against our state and the corresponding dynamism of the personnel and management of the NPU in the context of ensuring state security and public order. This is precisely why it is so important to conduct thorough research and practically oriented work to determine the factors of formation of a modern police manager, taking into account effective foreign experience.Item Професійно-особистісне самовдосконалення як чинник підвищення ефективності службової діяльності правоохоронців. The loss of a comrade in military conditions is a complex psychotraumatic experience that can combine elements of grief, combat stress, guilt, and moral trauma. This experience can lead to PTSD, complicated grief, depression, and social maladjustment. The study addresses the issue of developing frustration tolerance as a key psychological factor in preventing occupational burnout among security sector employees in Ukraine. In conditions of war and increased stress factors, the ability of law enforcement officers to maintain emotional stability and productivity in situations of uncertainty, threat, and resource scarcity becomes especially important. The relevance of the chosen topic is determined by the growth of prolonged social instability caused by war, political and economic fluctuations, mass displacement, and information turbulence, which creates a chronic state of uncertainty and undermines the psychological well-being of the population. Нікотинова адикція серед представників силових структур є значущою медико-психологічною проблемою, що впливає на ефективність службової діяльності та професійну надійність. Увагу зосереджено на вивченні гендерних відмінностей у виявах поліцейських із нікотиновою залежністю, зумовлених відмінністю в стратегіях подолання стресу, мотиваційних установках і психоемоційних реакціях. The study focuses on the analysis of gender-related psychological characteristics of police officers with nicotine addiction. Nicotine dependence among law enforcement personnel is a significant medical and psychological issue that affects the efficiency of professional activity and occupational reliability.
