The formation of a management unit within the structure of the National Police of Ukraine was and remains an urgent challenge and one of the important directions of law enforcement reform. The urgency of the problem has significantly increased in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against our state and the corresponding dynamism of the personnel and management of the NPU in the context of ensuring state security and public order. The loss of a comrade in military conditions is a complex psychotraumatic experience that can combine elements of grief, combat stress, guilt, and moral trauma. This experience can lead to PTSD, complicated grief, depression, and social maladjustment. Це становить серйозну загрозу для безпеки громадян і може призвести до серйозних фінансових втрат. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that Internet fraud committed by an organized criminal group is a more serious and dangerous crime in terms of consequences, as it is long-term in nature, is committed on a particularly large scale, has detailed preparation and distribution of roles. It is possible to counteract this and recognize criminal manifestations only by knowing the socio-psychological portrait of a person who commits fraud as part of an organized criminal group through critical thinking through public awareness of modern, existing, fraudulent schemes that are built in accordance with the urgent needs of today. Теоретично обґрунтовано специфіку психологічної травматизації правоохоронців в умовах воєнного конфлікту, що зумовлена їхньою подвійною професійною ідентичністю як поліцейського та військовослужбовця. На підставі аналізу сучасних наукових досліджень визначено основні психологічні наслідки участі поліцейських у бойових діях: підвищена емоційна реактивність, тривожність, порушення сну та ризик розвитку посттравматичного стресового розладу.This article examines the features of providing psychological assistance and support to police officers who participated in combat operations. The specifics of psychological trauma experienced by law enforcement officers in armed conflict conditions are theoretically substantiated, characterized by their dual professional identity as both police officers and military personnel. Analysis of current research identifies the main psychological consequences of police combat participation: increased emotional reactivity, anxiety, sleep disorders, and risk of developing post-traumatic stress disorder.
