Досліджено засади категоріального апарату цієї науки як змістової логічної форми пізнання психічних феноменів, яка оптимально акумулює знання про істотне в психічному житті. Висвітлено обґрунтовану Б. Ф. Ломовим систему базових категорій, таких як «відображення», «особистість», «діяльність», «спілкування». The problem of the categorial apparatus and content of the psychology basic categories is dealt with. Theoretical research is based on the system of basic categories developed by B. F. Lomov – categories of reflection, personality, activities and communication. Based on the analysis of theoretical and methodological papers on psychology problems, the meaning and content of the defined categories are described. Category of reflection shows the most common and essential characteristics of mentality: psychic phenomena are seen as different forms and levels of subjective reflection of objective reality. Correction of persons deprived of their liberty, is inherently extremely complex and priority issue that now faces the Ukrainian government in the sphere of combating crime. Висвітлено основні етапи відбору кандидатів на службу в Національній поліції України. Зазначено ключові психологічні якості кандидата, що мають відповідати вимогам до професії поліцейського.The comparative analysis of psychodiagnostic tools for professional psychological selection in Ukraine and other foreign countries (the USA, France, Italy, UK, Russia Federation, etc.) were done. The basic stages of professional psychological selection to the National Police of Ukraine are shown. The main psychological qualities of the candidate, which must comply with the police profession, are outlined. According to nowadays stronger requirements for police officers, caused by quality selection of personnel are raised. Recent events associated with the manifestations of terrorism and the intensification of transnational organized crime, gave many reasons for improving the selection and training of police forces of different states.Item Проблема профайлінгу в переговорах з особами, які захопили заручників.The Problem of Profiling Talks with those who Seized the Hostages(2017) Давидова, О. Висвітлено окремі підходи до визначення понять «профайлінг» і «кримінальний профайлінг», зокрема сучасну їхню парадигму. Проаналізовано типологію мотивів захоплення заручників. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо тактики ведення переговорів відповідно до типу ситуації, мотивів і способу захоплення заручників.The article is devoted to the problem of criminal profiling as part of the negotiation process in a situation of hostage-taking. It is examined some approaches to the definition of «profiling» and «criminal profiling» and described their methodological foundations, in particular he modern paradigm of profiling. The typology of the motives of hostage-taking is analyzed. Recommendations concerning tactics of records according to the type of situation, motives and method of hostage-taking are proposed. Аctivities policy associated with conflict situations that arise in the performance of official duties. Therefore, the need for psychological training of police officers to ensure effective interaction with different segments of the population, in particular, offenders in conflict and extreme conditions is relevant. In the study of psychological issues of hostage-taking, there are several major problems: psychology of communication of terrorists and hostages; the psychology of hostages – the main victims of the actions of terrorists; the psychology of negotiating with terrorists.Item Кризи професійного становлення поліцейських.Crisis Professional Development of Police(2017) Лінник, А. Доведено, що жорстоке ставлення негативно позначається на всіх аспектах фізичного, психічного та соціального становлення дитини, ускладнює процеси її зростання й дорослішання, унеможливлюючи встановлення зрілих, безпечних відносин між дитиною та навколишнім світом, суспільством, окремими людьми.The family code defines the family as the basic unit of society, the best condition for education and child development. The parents themselves choose the means and methods of child rearing, but educational measures should not violate human dignity of the child. Human dignity of the child, humiliating physical punishment that in the current legislation are considered physical violence. The violation of personal integrity can be very diverse, given the violation of the physical, moral, mental, and informational privacy. The low efficiency of early revealing of family trouble leads to the fact that services for children, tend to get families with children in the stage of deep crisis. Проаналізовано детермінацію та зумовленість зазначеними особливостями окремих різновидів правопорушень, учинених через необережність. Акцентовано на чинниках, притаманних виключно особі правопорушника.In the article the author considers a number of social and demographic, criminogenic and psychological characteristics that distinguish the negligent perpetrator personality. Based on the scientific research, criminal statistics and jurisprudence, the determination and precondition of certain types of delicts committed through negligence and their specified features have been analyzed. Sharing the views on the unity of external (social) and internal (individual-psychological) determinants as a causal complex of the individuals’ behavior, in the article the particular attention is paid to factors peculiar solely to the offender’s personality. The author has proved that for combating crime practice, especially for the purpose of individual prevention and investigation of negligent delicts, it is very important to conduct this study, since the main object of preventive efforts is the person him/herself. The paper presents some basic scientific provisions concerning the ways and directions for fighting against crime while taking into account the psychology of a negligent offender personality.Item Item Феномен адаптації в контексті діяльності нової поліції України(2017) Андросюк, В. І.Висвітлено результати емпіричного дослідження особливостей формування стилю професійної діяльності поліцейських патрульної служби (n=35) на етапі професійної самореалізації. Визначено, що диференційними характеристиками стилю професійної діяльності поліцейських патрульної поліції є особливості саморегуляції довільної активності (планування, моделювання, програмування, гнучкість поведінки) та вольової саморегуляції (наполегливість), мотиваційна спрямованість, готовність до ризику, мотивація уникнення невдачі, зовнішня позитивна мотивація.Item Соціально-психологічні умови оптимізації педагогічного спілкування(2017) Анатольєва, О. І.Розглянуто педагогічне спілкування як різновид спілкування людей. Визначено його загальні та специфічні риси, а також комунікативну, перцептивну й інтерактивну функції. Встановлено, що важливою складовою оптимізації педагогічного спілкування є подолання комунікативних бар’єрів. Доведено, що для підвищення комунікативної компетентності доцільно використовувати соціально-психологічний тренінг.
