The article analyses the proportionality test in view of its significance for the proper reasoning of decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in cases regarding constitutional complaints, which merits are organically related to the issues of resolving the constitutional validity of legislative restrictions on fundamental human rights and freedoms.
