Abstract
У статті здійснено аналіз тесту на пропорційність із огляду на його значущість для належної мотивації рішень Конституційного Суду України у справах за конституційними скаргами, проблематика яких органічно пов’язана із вирішенням питань конституційної обґрунтованості законодавчого обмеження основних прав і свобод людини. The article analyses the proportionality test in view of its significance for the proper reasoning of decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in cases regarding constitutional complaints, which merits are organically related to the issues of resolving the constitutional validity of legislative restrictions on fundamental human rights and freedoms.
