    Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю збереження та стимулювання мотивації професійної діяльності правоохоронців в умовах воєнного часу. Мета статті полягає у визначенні теоретичних основ вивчення мотивації та створенні інтегративної моделі мотиваційних чинників діяльності правоохоронців. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to preserve and stimulate the motivation of professional activity of law enforcement officers in wartime conditions. The purpose of this article is to determine the theoretical foundations of the study of motivation and create an integrative model of motivational factors in the activities of law enforcement officers.
