Abstract
У статті порушено питання логічного оновлення структури криміналістики відповідно до
сучасного розуміння її предмета. Застосовано типовий для висвітлення такої наукознавчої проблеми методологічний інструментарій. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в обґрунтуванні доцільності поглиблення дискусії з обстоювання ідеї повернення до систематизації криміналістичних знань на основі поділу криміналістики на загальну та особливу частини з переформатуванням уже сформульованих теорій і окремих по
ложень відповідно до сучасного розуміння предмета криміналістики, ґрунтуючись на принципах. The article addresses the issue of logically updating the structure of forensic science in accordance with the modern understanding of its subject. A methodological toolkit typical for highlighting such a scientific problem has been applied. The scientific novelty of the research lies in justifying the feasibility of deepening the discussion in support of the idea of returning to the systematization of forensic science knowledge based on the division them into
general and special parts, with the reformatting of already formulated theories and individual provisions in accordance with the modern understanding of the subject of forensic science, based on the principles of the European Code of Research Integrity.
