Abstract
У статті аналізуються окремі аспекти національно-правових гарантій забезпечення свободи вираження поглядів дитини, її права бути заслуханою. Сформульовані пропозиції щодо їх удосконалення відповідно до міжнародно-правових стандартів прав дитини. In the presented work the author has analyzed the aspects of national rights guarantees of freedom of expression of the child, the right of the child to be heard. Also there is formulated proposals to refinement national rights guarantees of freedom of expression of the child in accordance with the international legal standard.
