| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено дослідженню особливостей адміністративно-правового статусу Вищої ради правосуддя як суб’єкта кадрового забезпечення судів. На підставі аналізу законодавства визначено зміст прав Вищої ради правосуддя щодо забезпечення судів суддівським корпусом та висвітлено проблеми реалізації цих прав. Висвітлено питання взаємодії Вищої ради правосуддя з іншими суб’єктами щодо кадрового забезпечення судів. The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the administrative and legal status of the High Council for Justice as the subject of personnel provision of courts. On the basis of the analysis of legislation, the content of the rights of the High Council of Justice for providing courts to the judiciary body is determined and the problems of realization of these rights are highlighted. The issue of interaction of the High Council for Justice with other entities regarding personnel provision of courts is discussed. | |
