Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню сучасних проблем конституційно-правового регулювання вирішення виборчих спорів. Автор показує, що в умовах недосконалої української демократії реалізація виборчих прав громадян наштовхується на численні перешкоди, а отже, місія суду полягає в тому, щоб мінімізувати їх вплив на виборчий процес. The article is devoted to the research of contemporary problems of constitutional and legal regulation of electoral disputes. The author shows that in conditions of imperfect Ukrainian democracy, realization of electoral rights of citizens is faced with numerous obstacles, and therefore the court’s mission is to minimize their influence on the electoral process.
