Abstract
У даній роботі встановлено, що у сьогоденні на законодавчому рівні не визначено особливості прокурорського нагляду за дотриманням прав військовополонених в Україні. Такий правовий підхід не тільки створює відповідні умови, що сприяють вчиненню зловживань та інших правопорушень з боку персоналу установ, у яких утримуються військовополонені. In this work, it was established that the peculiarities of the prosecutor’s supervision over the observance of the rights of prisoners of war in Ukraine are not currently defined at the legislative level. Such a legal approach not only creates conditions conducive to abuses and other offenses by the personnel of institutions where prisoners of war are held.
