| dc.description.abstract | Адаптація регулятивної системи і правового поля нашої країни до стандартів Європейського Союзу зумовлює пошук нових напрямів наукового розвитку та здійснення аналізу доктринальних положень законодавства інших держав, яке регулює суспільні відносини у сфері адміністративної відповідальності в межах правового регулювання інформаційної політики. Проведено аналіз законодавства закордонних країн у сфері адміністративно-правового регулювання інформаційної політики з метою створення концептуальних, системних пропозицій щодо вдосконалення чинної законодавчої бази та застосування дієвої міжнародної практики. Adaptation of the regulatory system and legal framework of our country to the EU standards leads to the search for new directions of scientific development and the analysis of the doctrinal provisions of the legislation of other states, which regulates public relations in the area of administrative responsibility within the framework of legal regulation of information policy. The analysis of the legislation of foreign countries in the field of administrative and legal regulation of information policy was conducted in order to create conceptual, system proposals for improving the current legislative framework and the application of effective international practice. | |
