Abstract
Стаття присвячена загальнотеоретичному дослідженню питань уніфікації, що здійснюється судами у правових системах континентального (романо-германського) типу, виявленню її особливостей, розмежуванню із нормативно-правовою уніфікацією. The article is devoted to general theoretical research of unification, which is performed by courts in the legal systems of continental (Roman-Germanic) type, revealing its features, separation of regulatory and delimitation of regulatory unification.
