| dc.description.abstract | У статті досліджується стан кримінально-правової охорони виборчого процесу в Україні та Франції. Враховуючи те, що одним з найважливіших інститутів конституційного права є виборче право, звернено увагу на роль ефективності кримінально-правових інструментів в забезпеченні виборчого права таких країн, як Україна та Франція. Аналізуються переваги та недоліки законодавства, що застосовується до охорони виборчого процесу, узагальнюються різні емпіричні дані щодо стану кримінально-правової охорони. В тому числі відзначаються шляхи вирішення виявлених проблем та місце кримінально-правової охорони в житті держави. The article examines the state of criminal law protection of the election process in Ukraine and France. Taking into account that one of the most important institutions of constitutional law is the right to vote, main attention is paid to the role of the effectiveness of criminal law instruments in ensuring the right to vote in countries such as Ukraine and France. The advantages and disadvantages of the legislation applied to the protection of the electoral process are analyzed, various empirical data on the state of criminal protection are summarized. Among them, the ways of solving the identified problems and the place of criminal law protection in the life of the state are noted. | |
